Up until a few years ago, I would describe myself as an actress, dancer, corporate lemming, wife, and stepmother. But not an author. So why the heck would I write a book?

So here's the deal...I've always been a big reader (unless it was summer reading for school and I was forced to do it, my mother would say), and I especially love paranormal and fantasy series. I had read three novels in a row whose endings made me angry. The last one, I even threw the book across the room. I will admit I was being a little dramatic, but I was seriously upset. That's when this little voice in my head said, "Well if you think it's so easy, then you try and do better." So yes, I talk to myself, but that started my journey.
